While I always work with high-quality products, I cannot assume responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities to the products used. Before every treatment, I am happy to explain possible risks in detail and answer any questions you may have.
Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper aftercare or by not following the recommended care instructions after your treatment. I also cannot accept liability for any issues that were not caused by my own work.

Refund policies – The basics
Appointments Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% of the booked service will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For last-minute cancellations or failure to attend your appointment (no-show), 100% of the service price will be charged. The application of this policy is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
No refunds are provided for services that have already been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact me immediately so we can find a suitable solution together.
Product Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days, provided a valid proof of purchase is presented.
Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal data is very important to me. Your information is processed solely for the purpose of managing your appointments and fulfilling your individual wishes. All data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
